I haven’t posted a blog entry in quite some time so I decided to give you an update on my new home purchase. Signed loan documents tonight, loan should fund on April 24th, and escrow closes on April 25th. I will be taking the following week off from work to get moved in and transition to my new home. It’s been long awaited but the day has finally come.
