Long gone are the analog days ushered in by a digital revolution. Automation is one of those concepts that was drilled into me as a undergraduate and graduate student studying information technology. We can simply spend days discussing how technology has impacted automation that spreads across all disciplines. My work focus has always been to look at information and technology and seek innovative ways to improve not only organizations but individuals. Businesses and companies are now faced with the everchanging technological wave, those that can’t keep up typically die a slow and painful death. Let’s bring it home, many of us can not envision our own lives without technology. I am a strong believer technology is a living and breathing machine that evolves and changes. We as individuals need to understand this phenonmenon and realize that much of our lives is driven by a world of 1’s and zeros.
First and foremost, I am scholar that seeks to learn and become enriched with life’s expereiences. I also work for a local government agency where I oversee IT operations for a department. By night, I am an Adjunct Professor at Chaffey Community College.
